Minor improvement was make to the new pens. Unlike the original M101N, the sleeve and cap are now made of cellulose acetate similar to Pelikans current pens. The original M101N was made of celluloid.
In order to keep the vintage look, the Pelikan 14 carat gold nib is engraved in the same style as the original M101N.
The rings and clip are 24 carat gold plated and the filler knob, grip section and top of the cap are dark brown
It will be available in End-April 2011 with a choice of nibs: F, M, B or BB.
